This is where I come to share a little piece of my life with you. After giving birth to our 3 children in the UK, working as a birth coach and antenatal educator there, we are now embracing a new chapter of our lives among the pine trees of Sweden!
Still OBSESSED with pregnancy and birth, I want this blog to be a space where I can share my experiences, both personally and professionally, as well as celebrating motherhood, embracing the Swedish lifestyle and the simple joys of food and nature.
